ProClinical is advertising a vacancy for a Regional Sales Manager Oncology position with a leading pharmaceutical client. This company specialises in various therapy areas including oncology, neurology and gastroenterology, and employs several thousand across the globe. The Regional Sales Manager Oncology will join this company in its German-based office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting company employees in the Northern Region.
• Overseeing sales and results.
• Coaching company Key Account Managers and implementing discussion trainings.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Planning and controlling the budget in the context of the regional marketing mix.
• Initiating, realising, and actively participating in conferences and congresses.

Skills and Requirements:

• A university degree in business administration, medicine, natural sciences, or comparable education.
• A successful career in oncology sales.
• Demonstrable experience in management and sales coaching.
• Demonstrable general office experience and office computer use.
• Demonstrable experience with troubleshooting and processing issues.
• Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
