The ideal 'Service Desk Analyst - L1' will need to have the following experience
Required Skills
- 1+ years’ experience in a service desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting:
- PCs and laptops
- Mobile devices
- Windows 7/10
- Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
- First rate customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond.
- Good attention to detail and experience logging and updating tickets in a service desk tool.
- Proficient creating work instructions and knowledge base articles.
