Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager (m/f/d) to join our team to help us shape the future. Based in Germany within our PowerLinks Team, you will be working with and supporting industry leading Clients on state-of-the-art design and installation projects. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Contract Manager with the following skills and motivations:
Minimum of 5 years of experience within a contract manager role
Proven Knowledge of EPCI suite of contracts
Delivered on a number of industry related projects across a range of sectors and customers and delivered on a number of industry related projects across a range of sectors and customers

Proven track record in successfully executing multi-disciplined projects
Significant time spent in the negotiation and control of external service suppliers and contractors
Proven man-management experience of successfully managing multi-disciplined teams in a technical offshore engineering environment
Delivery of projects with successful adherence to H&S targets in a highly regulated industry
Consistent achievement and improvement of project financial targets
Ideally knowledge of the cable business
Conflict management, adaptability and stress tolerance
Honours degree in law/business administration/management
Full proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Contract Manager supports the Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in addressing all aspects related to the Contract with the Customer during the all phases of the projects but in particular in the execution phase. Moreover, the Contract Manager works close with the Corporate Legal Department, the Subcontracting and Procurement Department as well as the Finance and Controlling Department.
