I am seeking an experienced Chemist with great project management and clinical development experience.

ROLE:

CMC Project Manager

INDUSTRY:

Pharmaceutical

LOCATION:

Munich

SALARY RANGE:

up to 85.000EUR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute tasks related to the development of portfolio products
• All drug substance and drug product activities from preclinical development through clinical supplies for Phase 3 registration studies for specific products
• Assist in the selection of CMOs
• Designing and developing the Formulation and Dosage Forms for the clinical programs
• Manage the supply and logistics for clinical studies
• Write and review documents for IND
• Executing plans for the validation and registration of API and DP

REQUIREMENTS:

• PhD or MS with 5+ years of industry experience
• Experience in Drug Product Development, Risk Management, Life Cycle Management, GMP Operations, Drug Product Manufacturing for Oral Solid Dosage Forms
• Substantial experience with projects in clinical development
• Experienced with cGMP manufacturing and IND, CTA and NDA filings
