Job description

• Support the Sales organisation in the final stages of tender processes and facilitate a smooth handover from Sales to Project Management
• Execution of comprehensive projects on-time, within budget and to good quality
• Representing the Nordex organization to our clients – creating a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfaction
• Negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers 
• Providing strong control of key suppliers, including erection and transportation companies
• Securing correct project handling and creating a successful team with team members from various departments such as central engineering, logistics, site management, commissioning engineer, erection supervisors
• Creating necessary transparency with regards to an optimization of cost-effectiveness in cooperation with Commercial Project Management.
• Work within Nordex processes to manage and report progress on project with a monthly status report
• Facilitate a smooth handover to colleagues in Service, at the same time as handover to the client. 

Within our matrix organisation you will report directly to the Director PM Meditarranean as disciplinary superior.

Job requirements

• Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering
• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and in turnkey projects) 
• Leadership skills and good team forming skills and ability to create a strong, successful and enjoyable team
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills 
• Ability to work in different business cultures – mainly in Italy and Germany
• Willingness to go on business trips within Italy and abroad
