Your Role and Responsibilities:You are excited about leading a team of highly skilled professionals at the forefront of our new IT setup and take responsibility to deliver maximum value for our business? Then the following challenges are waiting for you:
- You manage the essential interfaces within project preparation, delivery and operational services for all aspects towards our businesses. * In this role you build, develop and manage the business partner team for superior customer satisfaction. You monitor satisfaction levels and provide a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved. * Together with your team you set up processes that ensure seamless, transparent and efficient prioritization of demands. You maintain and own the demand process for new proposals with overall responsibility for prioritizing & steering these proposals. * You take responsibility of all IT demand- and project delivery across the Heraeus group globally. * You develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders. You actively manage their expectations, translate consolidated business demand into IT solutions while contributing to the Heraeus over all IT Strategy. * You are an integral part within one of the Global Business Units and their management team in order to contribute to a successful strategy implementation leveraging digitalization. * Furthermore you advise and coordinate on IT overall budgeting. What is required for this role:
- University degree in the field of business informatics, computer science or economics * Long-time experience in managing IT teams and relationships with internal / external business customers * Good understanding of IT products, methods and trends * Good understanding of all aspects of IT infrastructure, architecture & applications such as SAP ERP, MS CRM - and office Products * Strong track record of customer facing IT related Management Functions, strong customer focus * Being a driver and advocate for business interests * High empathy when dealing with difficult situations * Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills If you want to do more than make a living, at Heraeus you can make a difference.
