What we look for
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Solid experience with track record in international business management with proven capabilities in business development, sales strategy and sales excellence

Sales experience in the building or infrastructure industry with medium to large projects and service contracts
Pan-European business experience & network, fluent English language skills for direct account contact (German or another European language is a plus)
Excellent business development capabilities
Ability to build a strong internal network and as a recognized sales strategy expert
Ability to develop and maintain high-level commercial relations
Impactful and influential working style without formal leadership relations
Knowledge of the IT/ Data Centre market is preferred
