Your responsibilities

• In your role as Marketing Manager (m/f/d) HCP Strategy you Develop, build and maintain a strategy and process for identification, organization, promotion and operation of key Reference Centers for medical devices on local and pan European level
• You enable the European organization to develop efficient partnership and optimum customer loyalty through a network of Medical Experts and Reference Centers
• You are responsible for building up and drive the development and improvement of the Olympus Reference Centers
• You define and manage the Olympus budget for Reference Centers
• You identify surgeons who would be good in the role as long term advocates for Olympus products and programs across Europe, therefore you work in close collaboration with the EMEA medical affairs team, who are responsible to carry out the professional education courses
• You develop and implement a sales training program of basic and advanced, local and central trainings for medical devices
• You train and motivate the European sales force and have the responsibility for the bi- annual recertification process
• You design, validate and constantly update a speaker plan for customer education and develop measurement tools for the Reference Center programs to measure added value for both Olympus and customer attendees

Your qualification

• Studies in the area of business administration form the basis of your professional success
• You have several years of professional experience in sales area in medical technology
• You have some experience in Marketing and in dealing with HCP´s
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken, additional language skills are a plus
• Your strengths include good analytical skills and a commercial mindset
• You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
