YOUR FUTURE TASKS

• Review of requirements information and derivation of offers as well as preparation of offers
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of bid preparations
• Monitoring of bid management to ensure compliance with internal requirements
• Supporting cost and price calculations
• Coordinate tender reviews and deadlines, and adjust them to meet client parameters
• Supporting the branch offices throughout the Central Europe region as required

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Completed commercial training in the field of freight forwarding/shipping or a comparable degree
• Experience in the operational handling of sea freight orders
• First sales experience is an advantage
• Very good time management and organizational skills
• Distinct negotiation skills
