Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Job/missions:

As Financial Controller for Tech Centers and Accounting Managers, your principal missions will be:

• Assure the monthly closing operations related to the project controlling area (stocks and margins)
• Prepare the monthly closing documents (SIG) and explain them during the review of results
• Verify the accuracy of SAP data loading in the systems (stocks, hours and margin) for projects
• Follow and verify the accuracy of other indicators (KPI, TimeCalendar and CapEx)
• Run the monthly sales forecasts meeting with specific follow-up of risks and opportunities
• Participate in the cash forecast, sales forecast, budget estimate and business process
• Update budget and financial tools or indicators during the year (CapEx, invoicing etc.)
• Participate in preparation of documents for audits and other administrative controls
• Play an alert role with the TC Manager and the branch in case of risk of deviations of dysfunctions
• Cooperate in development of new SAP functionalities

Profile:

• You ideally have a degree in economics or an equivalent qualification.
• You have already gained professional experience (several years) in financial controlling in an industrial company.
• You master SAP FI/CO (ideally module PS), KEOPS and MS Excel.
• You have a good command of English (written and spoken) and you are fluent in German.
• You know how to act and react quickly when needed, you express your point of view in workshops and you support the management during the decision process.
• You are used to independent and goal-oriented work, enjoy working in a team and have an analytical understanding.
• You are charcterized by a structured and thorough way of working.
• You are proactive, flexible and have an exemplary behavior.
• You respect values, processes, rules and standards and you are open to cooperate with your colleagues from other departments and countries.
