Your responsibilities

• In your role as "Senior Management Assistant" (m/f/d), you support the two European Heads of Scientific Solutions Sales (EMEA Industry Sales and EMEA Life Science Sales)
• You are responsible for the appointment coordination and travel management, as well as office and workflow management
• Your tasks include the organization and execution of external / internal meetings and workshops
• You proactively prepare presentations, reportings, meeting minutes, decision papers as well as analyses incl. development of recommended actions
• Close cooperation and substitution of the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director SSD EMEA in assistance and projects

Your qualification

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economics / business management or professional training in the field of European assistant or comparable
• Ideally, you have professional experience in senior management assistance
• You have extraordinary commitment and initiative as well as independent work and communication skills
• Your strengths include exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel completes your profile
• You are loyal, discrete, reliable with impeccable manners
• You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, in German and English - both written and spoken
