Uniworld owns and operates a fleet of ten intimate, boutique hotel-style river cruise ships on the European waterways which cater exclusively to English-speaking clients. Chef de Partie

Temporary Contract
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

Responsible for professional Mise en Place preparation and its service
Preparing and arranging show plates in agreement with Sous Chef
Relieving Sous Chef during his absence

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie role would have

Culinary apprenticeship
3 years cooking experience preferably as Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a 4 or 5* establishment
Good knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures
Teamplayer
Good command of English
