What does our recruitment process look like?

1. Online questionnaire

If you think that C4ED is the right fit for you, take the first step in our hiring process by completing an online questionnaire. As part of this process, we might ask for your CV as well as a cover letter. This will help us get to know you and your qualifications better.

2. Interview

If you piqued our interest, we will invite you to one or two rounds of interviews. Depending on your location, these might be held online or in person.

3. Research Presentation (For Research Jobs Only)

Some research positions may require a presentation on your past research and experience. This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for the field.

4. Offer
