Your responsibilities * Gestalte Erlebnisse im Raum sowie für Produkte, Lösungen und neue Geschäftsmodelle * Baue Schnittstellen im Rahmen von Human Centered Design * Unterstütze die Teams im Bereich User Research * Ausarbeitung von Entwurfskizzen, Wireframes, Mock-ups, Prototypen und andere interactive Medien - sowohl digital als auch haptisch * Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen und Bereichen Your qualifications * Abstrahiertes, strategisches und analytisches Denken um komplexe, multifaktorielle Probleme zu lösen * Die richtige Balance zwischen systematischem, kreativem und nichtlenearem Denken * Ideen und Konzepte verständlich präsentieren, visualisieren und schnell in Lösungen umsetzen * Hohe Eigeninitiative und engagierte Arbeitsweise in verschiedenen Projekten * Teamorientiert sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * Gute Entschlischkenntnisse * Begeisterung für die Medizintechnikbranche What we offer Innovation beyond the product for better running hospitals - That captures the essence of our innovation lab werk_39.
