Focusing on one of our largest markets, you’ll ensure an excellent level of customer service. You’ll:
  • Process all incoming customer orders in SAP
  • Control orders to contain correct delivery date / article number / EAN number / MOQ and clarify with customer as required
  • Proactively collaborate with customers with new product introductions and to avoid out of stocks
  • Manage customer claims related to price and quantity differences
  • Input credit in SAP following the releases
  • Process incoming customer questions and claims
  • Strive for continuous improvement of processes and KPIs
  • Proactively monitor order status in cooperation with customer and internal departments.
  • Further develop customer relationship to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
  • Together with Customer Service Manager, develop and improve customer strategic relation in Supply Chain field

  • Understand fast-paced, complex supply chains
  • Are a creative problem solver, you take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
  • Are analytical, technically proficient and an excellent communicator
  • Set the tone for your team - coaching, instilling a strong customer focus and setting high standards
  • Have very good knowledge of order processing / customer orders
  • Have overview of basic business processes within a company
  • Have experience with SAP or a similar ERP System
  • Will have first experiences with Project Management
