unterschleißheim deutschland we are currently looking for a sales assistant to join our munich team this position reports to the sales director germany and supports him and the german vw sales team in all administrative and organizational tasks in this role you are expected to be responsible for:
weekly and monthly sales department reports supporting sales director on daily business especially in creating reports and presentation coordination and preperation of internal or customer meetings implementing and maintaining complex reporting systems on different subjects (requests from customers requests from international benchmarks etc) support bu leader for organization of meetings appointments and all related correspondence with 3rd parties as potential new customers or suppliers support organize and attend customer meetings issue revenue / turnover forecasts from sales projects maintaining vw-group b2b-system for new rfqs (esl platform) for all brands of volkswagen group set-up new rfqs with all related documents on local server process customer inquiries and allocate them to the respective persons of contacts introduction of new quotes incl cbd to esl-platform tracking the offers internally and externally ensuring that offers are being issued in a correct and timely and being archived respectively being responsible for the administrative tasks (correspondence presentations invoices) organising meetings especially kick-off meetings and preparing all relevant documentations rfq-tracker maintenance and collaboration with related parties local and overseas customer-po management accounts receivable management maintenance of b2b for tool-related workflows (b2b/wäm) to ensure payments on time knowledge-management and maintaining knowledge-base following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:
bachelor degree or above in industrial engineering or similar field 3+ years work experience in the sales department of an automotive company fluent in english german and chinese profound knowledge of ms office good team worker very good organised able to set priorities can work under pressure hands-on mentality willing to travel good communicator with intercultural skills strong analytical skills open-minded we offer:
