Jobbeschreibung: Your role: You will work for the Company, which is a group function supporting all business sectors of the Company including Performance Materials, Life Science and Healthcare.

You will join a very engaged and thought leading group of international Procurement Professionals on a journey to continuously improve our strategies and enhance the value for all our businesses.

You will support the Procurement Category Management-/Legal Consulting & Advisory Services which consults, guides and supports all procurement activities regarding the purchase of Management & Legal Consulting & Advisory Services.

In this context you will regularly interact with the Companys Senior Management. Tasks:

Support internal customers in defining & planning their sourcing demand

Create & coordinate RFP documentation together with internal customers ·

Consult internal customers regarding best fitting suppliers for their demand

Support the creation of regular reports (e.g. spend, supply market) ·
Completion & coordination of decision/approval documents

Skills:
 
Bachelor’s degree minimum /Master’s degree a plus

Ideally professional experience in the indirect sourcing environment (especially in
Sourcing of Management Consulting & Advisory Services)

• “People person”

Very strong communication and relationship management skills (written, verbal and presentation), able to anticipate potential objections and to persuade others

Professional negotiation skills ·
Strong analytical skills with high technology affinity ·
Highly engaged and motivated person used to work independently ·

Experienced in managing complex “sourcing”- or other projects

Fluent in English and German
