Hi, we are Jonas, Joscha, Stefan, Kaja and Kolja from the platform operations team and we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced new team member for our office in Berlin. Due to our increasing number of services and customers, we need YOUR support as soon as possible for 6 months (contract extension possible) Do you enjoy communicating with people and like to help others? Currently, 150 employees work in small creative teams in Germany and the US at three locations - Hamburg, Berlin and Portland.

You will be a fully integrated member of our Platform Operations Team and work in a modern and creative environment. Our working time is based on trust and we have a relaxed culture at moovel, which creates a friendly working atmosphere. Our bright office is located right at the heart of Berlin, close to Rosenthaler Platz - easily reachable via public transport and surrounded by restaurants and cafés. We play football or table tennis in our lunch breaks sometimes or go out together after work.

Some of the things you will do

Help our customers with all issues and requests
Solve challenging requests in cooperation with our colleagues and our mobility partners
Answer customer requests via email and other digital channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Track open bugs and requests to ensure resolution
Help us to continuously improve our services and user experience
Bring your ideas and your questions and help us grow as a team
