Agile Senior Team Facilitator

To strengthen our team in the automotive environment at our Neu-Ulm location, we are looking for an Senior Team Facilitator with relevant coordination skills!
The automotive industry is in transition, both technically and culturally, from classical, established processes and methods to the introduction of modern agile approaches.
We offer you the challenge to help shaping this transformation in a successful and innovative environment. As a Team Facilitator in non-agile projects with ASPICE compatible processes and methods you support the requirement management and test management for the whole software solution while facilitating the team and being responsible to introducing the ideas of Agile, SCRUM and CANBAN.
Program Team Support: You are responsible and accountable for the overall work efficiency within one solution train / solution level or agile release train / program level. In this function you will act as a solution/release train engineer and moderate the relevant meetings.
- Project Management: You support the project / solution management and value managers in work package definition and assignment as well as reporting and tracking. You are the first contact for internal and external issues.
- Requirement Management: You act as an overall software requirement manager. In this function you are responsible to connect work packages to the requirements and to plan and track their implementation and test.
- Test Management: You act as an overall software test manager. In this function you support the project by coordinating the programs with their test teams in creation and execution of the tests and to help to develop an overall test strategy
- Processes, Tools & Organization: You proactively improve the existing processes & tools for our agile teams. You support the transition to agile work and ensure high quality and safety consistent processes within the program level. You especially focus on the requirement management, test management and problem resolution management processes.
- Functional lead: You act as a role model for the agile culture and mindset. With your attitude you act as a ambassador and leader for product owners, program and project managers or team facilitators within in the company.
- Coaching: As a mindset-ambassador and trainer, you support the team facilitators (scrum masters), value managers (product owners) and other roles to enrich the individual agile skills. With your expertise you act as conflict resolution coach within the defined agile Teams.
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar
- >5 years of experience in leading roles such as team lead, project lead or group lead
- >3 years of experience in agile teams incl. scaled agile structure (SAFe)
- High expertise in the area of requirement management, test management and software development process
- Basic technical understanding of products, systems and technologies preferable
- Expertise in ASPICE and ISO 26262 preferred
- Experience with DOORS, Excel and VBA-Scripting desirable
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Communication skills (moderation, presentation and negotiation skills)
- Coaching and team skills, conflict management skills, open-mindedness and networking skills
