• Deep Functional knowledge in all

SAP HCM

Modules specifically in

German Payroll

and

Time Management

Fluent/Native German Read & Write skills

• Talking to business users to understand the details about the issue for resolving incidents
• Talking to business users to understand the business requirements for enhancements
• Experience in working with incident/problem management as a support analyst in ITIL
