We are currently seeking an
Inside Sales Manager
to be based in
Wuppertal, Germany.
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, who are responsible for covering accounts in a region/district/segment/country. The Inside Sales Manager responsibilities will include managing an annual goal, building strong customer/partner focused relationships, and working seamlessly in a matrix managed environment within client’s organization. Additionally, this position will need to:
Drive weekly Pipeline and Deal-level inspections
Achieve Forecasting Accuracy; weekly, monthly, quarterly
Implement and Track a solid Sales Process with their team
Achieve assigned Quota and Customer Engagement targets
Coach and Develop individual Inside Sales Representatives
Work Effectively with Cross-functional Teams
Follow all N3 Information Security policies and processes as required per the job function/role of this position
The Inside Sales Manager will bring their success-driven work ethic, excellent communication skills, fast-paced work style, and history of strong performance in leading diverse teams in a dynamic, challenging and changing environment. The Sales Manager should possess strong sales coaching skills and a passion for developing others.
In this role, the Inside Sales Manager should:
COLLABORATE
- Business partner with the client’s Inside Sales organization to foster close alignment. Work across boundaries to ensure success for the client and their Customers/Partners.
- Achieve STRETCH goals and provide a sales model that yields incremental coverage at an effective cost. Build a sustainable sales infrastructure to support 2-3-year goals.
- Foster a climate of innovation, constantly raising the quality and output of the Inside Sales program.
