OVERVIEW The FMEA Moderator takes over the coordination and moderation of FMEA sessions with the respective departments, controls the sessions and is responsible for documenting the results. RESPONSIBILITIES * Planning and execution of FMEA Meeting in accordance with APQP planning. * Coordination and moderation of FMEA meetings and documentation of the results. * Measure tracking within the FMEA process. * Status reporting to the responsible, as well as demonstration of the risks. * Maintain and create standard modules in the FMEA. * Internal awareness training on FMEA methodology. * Representation of INEOS Automotive interests in front of the internal and suppliers Escalation in the event of deviations from session rules. * Escalation when deadlines for agreed corrective measures are missed. Requirements REQUIREMENTS * The incumbent will have a strong technical undergraduate degree in engineering, or vocational education with further expertise (e. G. Technician) and additional training (FMEA Moderator). * Several years of professional experience in the field of quality and as FMEA Moderator. * Experience in Quality Management and Process Technology. * Good knowledge of product liability law, of norms, requirements, and their application. * High organisational skills and result orientation. * Good knowledge of English language. * Willingness and ability to travel.
