DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) (371389/002) Düsseldorf, Germany

For our client, a global Financial Institution we are looking for a DevOps Engineer on a freelance basis for 12 months.
Project Start: ASAP
Project duration: 12 Months
Location: Greater Düsseldorf

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of upgrades and fixes.
• Design, develop, and implement software integrations based on user feedback.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).
• Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems and procedures, and data security.
• Optimize the company’s computing architecture.
• Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.

Your Skills:

• Great knowledge of Microservices within Istio service mesh
• Microservices and Tools
• Good experience in the deployment of services using Helm
• Experience in the development of CI/CD pipeline using Atlassian stack
• Good knowledge of Test automation and integration with a test management system
• Infrastructure documentation
• Experiences in agile frameworks and tooling
• Azure good experience
• Experience with near- and offshore partners

Languages:

• Fluent English (German a big plus)
