Cinector is a break-through virtual communication technology that helps companies to conduct in-person, face-to-face sessions ever nearer to reality while still staying within a virtual environment. Through extended-reality technology, Cinector can place the presenter into a virtual setting of their chosen design, reminiscent of TV studio backdrops. Based on a proprietary software stack employing AI algorithms, Cinector’s products serve enterprise teams for internal and external communication, or for training.

Current global trends lean towards meetings, fairs, and conferences which must be held virtually instead of in person. It results in a megatrend of users looking to enhance the experience of virtual communications, and a rapidly growing market.

Mission:

We are growing our sales team by offering a new trainee program in B2B sales. The program is designed to bring up to speed the right kind of person who has always wanted to join the sales team of an outstanding digital scale-up like Cinector, to learn by doing and to become a successful member of the team. We are offering a 6-month program that begins with top-notch coaching and which provides you world-class sales leads to sell to, with the opportunity to transition into permanent membership of Cinector’s staff, based on your success.

Responsibilities:

Research for decision makers and their contact details
Perform cold outreach and uphold activity levels
Schedule demonstrations and next steps
Record all communication on a CRM platform
Maintain a visible pipeline and a KPI reports dashboard
Hold a weekly sales meeting with management

Qualifications:

Full fluency in German is a must, and English is a plus
A desire to learn how to conduct B2B sales
A desire to enter the world of digital startups
An affinity toward punctual and live communication
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone
