Job Description Company Description Client hasthe most visited vehicle market for the purchase and sale of vehicles in Germany. The offer is aimed at both vehicle dealers and private customers. As part of a change in our Marketing Automation Suite, you'll be supporting Adobe Campaign to migrate all relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes. As Technical CRM Manager at Client, you are responsible for the relocation of all creatives as well as the (automated) campaigns or customer journeys. Furthermore, you are responsible for transferring existing data management processes to the new system. These include, in particular, processes with regard to target group activation as well as reporting / analysis. During the implementation phase of the migration, you have interfaces to other CRM managers in the team, but also to external agencies and to the company AdobeJob Description Your Tasks
:- - you support the technical migration of all crm processes from salesforce marketing cloud to adobe campaign * - you critically question existing processes in the course of migration identify optimization potential * - you are responsible for documenting all relevant processes during the migration phase * - you are in close contact with the crm managers in the team, with other functional areas in the company and with the global support of adobe * - you take over the agency control for technical topics * - if necessary, you can support the crm managers in the operative implementation of crm campaigns your profile:
