E-Commerce Specialist

Beschreibung und Aufgaben:

• Acting as a contact person and mediating communication between service providers, agencies and all relevant department's of our client
• Evaluating features and change requests related to functionality Magento
• Further developing Magento system infrastructure e.g. for go-lives in other countries
• Taking ownership of business requirements conversion into user stories / wireframes for the technical service providers
• Being responsible for documentation of Magento processes and features customizations
• Continuous testing of new Magento versions (upgrade / minor updates) based on usability

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

• University degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience using the Magento e-commerce platform
• Experience managing & working with agencies and external developers
• Certificate Magento 2 / Magento 1 Certified Solution Specialist is a plus
• General understanding of web technologies e.g. PHP, MySQL, Web Services (REST / SOAP)
• Experience in using tools like NewRelic, Google Analytics
• Basic understanding of application hosting based on Azure / AWS
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
