YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Management of the overall project portfolio across all departments and business units at Proteros (including the supervision of the entire project pipeline, preparation of data for the prioritization process and conducting planning meetings for the project portfolio)

▪ Act as the central communicator and “navigator” providing clear, concise, actionable messages that benefit all aspects of the PM responsibility towards project managers and other key stakeholders within the organization

▪ Lead team of full time project managers and Project Assistants
▪ Overall core responsibility for PM processes, tools and templates for planning and monitoring the project execution, project management manual and project management process description

▪ Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within Project Management and enabling Project managers
YOUR PROFILE
▪ 3+ years of leadership experience in project management or related role required (but not necessarily in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry)
▪ Master’s degree in Engineering, advanced degree in a health science or a related technical discipline
▪ Demonstrated project management expertise supporting multiple projects
▪ Passion for project leadership by driving initiatives forward successfully and motivate colleagues and stakeholders
▪ Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with and developing productive working relationships with key stakeholders

▪ Ability to guide teams and colleagues in a decisive, but supportive and encouraging manner with proven track-record training, coaching, and developing teams with a strong “enablement mindset”
