Excel in talent acquisition!
YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
You’ll learn through your involvement in planning, designing and implementing strategy projects in the field of Digital Talent Marketing
We’ll work together to develop shared target-group-specific communication messages in order to acquire the right talents for Bayer
You’ll scout out content for social media and will put forward ideas to open up new channels
You'll ensure great success in the virtual final of the Digital Campus Challenge global competition
You'll impress us with your learning curve in AI projects on talent acquisition
You’ll coordinate our intern community
Working closely with our agency, you’ll help us to achieve social media success
You’ll work alongside us, helping us to document and gather measured values (KPIs) on social media

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a student (m/f/d) enrolled on a media or communication, business administration or similar course
You love social and digital media
You’re at home with the usual MS Office programs and wouldn’t be averse to someone sharing their Outlook calendar with you
You have a basic knowledge of photo and video editing
You communicate concisely and are capable and are motivated to learn complex, new tasks quickly
You achieve fantastic results thanks to your rapid perception, enjoyment for communication and excellent creativity and independence
You’re fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
