The position ist part of the Corporate Service Excellence team within the Group Services organization of Endress+Hauser. Role + Responsibilities * Maintain & update the Service Management System and ensure its effective implementation * Support Service Frameworks defined as foundation elements for our global Service Organization:Quality Management, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement, Financial Management * Bring Business Process Management thinking into the Service Organization * Lead ISO 17043 (Proficiency Testing) accreditation and operational processes for our annual campaigns Qualification + Profile * Bachelor's Degree * Professional experience or education with respect to Service business would be a plus * Expertise in Business Process Management and Quality Management Systems (ISO Standards) * Convincing personality with coaching capabilities- to lead people without leadership responsibility * Intercultural expertise and understanding * Analytical thinking and process orientation * Customer-centric mindset to support bringing outside-in mindset in all activities Benefits + perks * The security of working for an international family-owned company * Modern and innovative working environment * Flexible working hours * Corporate pension plan and health management Contact us + apply If this position sounds appealing to you, we would like to hear from you.
