• You will answer customer requests on the phone.
• You will help customers with settling their accounts, payment in instalments, returns, and other payment related requests

Who are you? - Are you…

• an excellent

FRENCH
speaker with very good English conversational skills?

• willing to work flexible hours as the job demands? (our opening times are Mo-Sa 8:00-18:00)
• familiar with customer service?
• having control over your computer?
• living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire?
• willing to work 5 times a week?
• able to start 04.07.2022?
