Key Performance Indicators

• Personal Win Rate of at least 1:3 (Value and Opportunities) measured over rolling 12 month period.
• Management of bid budget accuracy and control measured by weekly reports of actuals vs. forecast from initiation through to closure. Actuals are never above approved budget.
• Creation and management of bid plan so that all activities are achieved on time and to the expected quality levels. This includes all Proposal documents scoring 4 and above in the above in the Shipley best practice model or equivalent standard.
• Demonstrated application of best practice principles and adherence to corporate assurance and governance processes.
• Positive 360° feedback from key members of the bid team and other relevant stakeholders.
