For our client, a leading company in the field of aerospace and rail in Stuttgart, we are currently hiring an Event Manager (f/m/d).
 

Your tasks:
You are in charge of elaborating and implementing trade shows and external events as defined in entities’
communications plans for our client
Group E&E activities in Germany.
Elaborates, implements and manages the Group’s show stands and brand standards at trade
shows in and outside Germany
Advises internal stakeholders (KAM, Sales & Marketing, CBU, Domain heads) during the
communications planning phase within the scope of E&E
Elaborates, implements and manages external events, from the planning to executions phase
Functions as national PoC for all internal stakeholders in the context of E&E in the client’s
calendars
Contributes to and/or produces show info kits and staff books
Coordinates procurements preparation, design and booth creation process as well as on-sitestand management and supervision for all client’s participations in and from Germany

Is a core member of the corporate working group on transformation/development of E&E
Manages internal event projects such as Senior Management Meetings
Is part of the Corporate core team for communications Conventions

Your skills:
Proven track record of exhibition planning and project management in industry and/or agency
network
Skills in project management in international, multi-national teams
Budget planning, handling process and control
SAP, Excel and event-planning software skills
Agency briefing and handling
Creative brief, booth planning process and approval process
Scorecard handling, evaluation
English as working language, fluent in German
