CSG have partnered with a global provider of Field Service Management software solutions, offering end to end service life cycle management that provides customers with the platform to effectively optimize processes such as service management, asset management, customer management, mobile workforce and logistics.

As a result of significant product and operational development, our client is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth in EMEA.
This opportunity provides a platform to drive revenue in a pure hunter capacity, responsible for leading, executing and developing key strategic sales campaigns to enhance the company’s market presence and secure new customers at Mid-Tier and Enterprise level. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this position will be focused on sourcing and securing net new logos across core geographical regions including DACH, Benelux, Nordics and the UK.

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Identify markets and specific customer opportunities to launch strategic sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with demand generation and marketing to build top of funnel interest and a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Achieve direct software subscription and SaaS revenue goals.
  • Interface with sales, pre-sales, marketing, services and development to craft the best value proposition.
  • Available to travel 50% of the time.
  • Coach and collaborate with Pre-Sales technical staff prepare for and execute customer discovery and value proposition meetings.

Requirements:
  • 10 years enterprise SaaS experience, within one of more of the following verticals- Field Service Management, Workforce Optimization, Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Software and Enterprise Asset Management.
  • Experience selling into one or more of core geographical territories- Germany, Benelux, Nordics and UK.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment in a new business hunter capacity.
  • Ability to establish and nurture executive level relationships.
  • Proficient selling at both Mid-Tier and Enterprise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
