Job description

  • Lead, build and develop global category of blades by driving strategy development and implementation
  • Secure KPIs and targets achieved at supplier level
  • Select suppliers, negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers
  • Build and develop strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers (SRM)
  • Secure and increase savings through sourcing initiatives and supplier development programs
  • Coordinate all supplier related activities throughout the value chain

Job requirements

  • University degree in business administration, engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of work experience in industrial sourcing in international markets, preferrably in wind industry
  • Distinctive negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds
  • Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes
  • Distinctive language skills (English mandatory, Chinese is a plus)
  • Good at managing people networks
  • Good at prioritizing and staying calm under pressure
  • Project mangement skills
  • Solution focussed mindset
