Job Description Tasks * You share Werum's vision of an integrated toolchain for a quick and reliable deployment of our digital products to our customer * You evolve our global deployment strategy together with internal stakeholders (D&EP, DPP and BCIS) and our customers * you hold an overview of the overall deployment process, and motivate various stakeholders to ensure that their development, consulting and doing fit with this, always keeping the customer in focus * You coordinate a globally distributed team of deployment engineers and technical consultants working for and at our customers * You work in close cooperation with our deployment development team to ensure that our deployment approach fits our customers' demands * You guide our technical consulting team to support our customers regarding infrastructure topics Qualifications * University degree in e. G. computer science/engineering/software development or proven experience in the area of IT infrastructure/ software deployment * Strong service orientation and good communication behavior * Good English and German language skills (verbal and written) * Profound knowledge in current infrastructure technology (container, kubernetes, cloud, virtualization) is beneficial * Experience with the deployment of a complex standard product in multiple customer sites * Good Skills to motivate and lead a distributed team of deployment experts and consultants * Understanding / experience working with and leading intercultural teams * First contact with a regulated industry (e. G.
