Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the management of material flows to ensure timely delivery of the products
• Receiving customer orders, checking and confirming orders with the customer and subcontracting suppliers
• Ensuring inventory and order management in coordination with suppliers
• Order tracking, initiation and monitoring of delivery
• Management of operational action plans in the event of delays in the process
• Monitoring the entire supply chain

Skills and Experience Required

• Completed Engineering degree or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the area of ​​production planning in an international company in the manufacturing industry
• 3 years of leadership experience preferred
• Good understanding of ERP (SAP)
• Strong communication and team skills as well as leadership skills
• High resilience, stress resistance and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English
