Job Description Marketing Coordinator - M/F/D Job description As Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in helping our clients to execute successful loyalty programmes. With your hands-on Marketing experience, you are able to analyze information quickly and identify the retailer's challenge. Together with the local sales manager and various internal departments, you choose the right, standard or custom-made, loyalty solution for our clients. With your background in marketing, as well as hands-on project management experienceyou are able to create client-specific propositions and pitch presentations, that surprise and convince our clients to work with BrandLoyalty. To deliver best-in-class pitch presentations and activation campaigns you are persuasive, can work together and are not afraid to take the lead, internal and external. The Marketing Coordinator is part of the local German Marketing team

Key Responsibilities

:
  • understand the (marketing) strategy of your client(s);
  • create client-specific campaign, stories and pitch presentations;
  • develop on- and offline activation campaigns;
  • brief and manage projects with our internal creative agency;
  • project lead in various big pitch projects;
job requirements * degree in marketing;
  • 2+ years of marketingexperience within, pre if it's within the retail / fmcg sector;
  • a true marketer - ability to think conceptually and from different stakeholders (consumer, retailer, and business);
  • strong analytical skills and detail-oriented;
  • can-do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated;
  • strong project management and influencing skills;
  • excellent german communication skills (native) as well as strong english (written and verbal).
