  • Support the Operations-Team in strategic questions
  • Assist the Operations-Team in selecting and managing partners for our worldwide operations
  • Define, implement and continuously improve processes in both hub- operations and transportation
  • Be responsible for our customer promise: Measure quality, both internal and external, identify issues and ensure that heyworld keeps its promise
  • Interface with global logistics partners to coordinate international shipments
  • Assist customers with logistical troubleshooting
  • Use the power of data in all decision-making processes

  • BSc / MSc Degree or equivalent (such as Apprenticeship) with meaningful work- or internship experience in managing trade (Forwarder, 3PL, Customs Broker, Truck, Airline or others…)
  • Be a team player
