Lead Functional Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors)

SuccessFactors Functional Lead Consultant required for a global HR consulting, payroll and outsourcing services provider. They are currently looking for an experienced Application Management Specialist to join them in Germany. You can be based anywhere in Germany as you will be working remotely from home or at client sites. Contractors and permanent employees are both welcome to apply!
As the SuccessFactors Functional Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of SuccessFactors covering both the internal and external (client facing) activities required for successful implementation. Applying best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how you will ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications. Also managing the related SFSF implementation team and perform required project management are key responsibilities.
The successful SuccessFactors Functional Lead Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR services delivery, HR consulting or similar internal HRIS/HRIT function
- 3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors products implementation (e.g. EC, ECP, Talent Suite etc.)
- 1+ global end-to-end deployment project
- Fluent German language skills
