Your Responsibilities

:

• sales and gross margin contribution targets - portfolio sufficiency across priority global markets - total production cost competitiveness in collaboration with technical operations/ development and commercial operations - partnership with development & research, business development & licensing - commercial capabilities and expertise regarding probiotics & antifungal - delivery of key marketing support materials and toolkits, including digital communications - global in market performance evaluation and sharing effective methodologies by market archetype - partnership with multifunctional launch team to ensure that deadlines are met with appropriate quality standards, supply availability and launch funding sufficiency at country level. - strategy planning for sandoz probiotics & antifungal relief commercial strategy - synchronized with other conflicting priorities within both the otc franchise and the greater total sandoz portfolio;

providing input to bothglobal and regional strategy planning and targets. minimum requirements what you'll bring to the role:

• consumer/ healthcare marketing experience - outstanding ability to lead and collaborate optimally and to drive performance across a global, matrixed company - excellent interpersonal skills - leads with courage and integrity - evidence of project management capabilities desirable requirements:
• university degree - proficient english mandatory, written and spoken - german and/or russian proficiency is a plus you'll receive:
