Who are we?

Sponsoo
 is Europe’s largest digital marketplace for sports sponsorship. Our portfolio includes 10,000 athletes and clubs from more than 300 different kinds of sports, ranging from amateur to elite level. Sponsors are able to browse our portfolio, sort according to their marketing objectives and negotiate as well as conclude deals via our digital sponsorship process.

Your tasks:

The position as Sales Supporter / Conceptionist (m/f/d) is the ideal opportunity for a creative allrounder who is looking for an interesting and diverse occupation. Your tasks cover three main areas:

Internal sales / Conception

As Sales Support / Conceptionist (m/f/d) you will support our sales team in brokering as many sponsorships as possible. Based on our database and our portfolio, you will develop sponsorship concepts for the brands that are currently in contact with our sales people. You will visualize these concepts in PowerPoint.

If a sponsorship is booked, you will manage the process using our software and help the sales team with the administrative aspects of sponsorship deals.

Management of the Sponsoo Agents Program

Moreover, you will manage our Sponsoo Agents, who - as freelancers - also sell sponsorships. You will be responsible for the recruiting, administration and consulting of the Sponsoo Agents. Again, the main task here is to create sponsorship concepts in cooperation with the Sponsoo Agents. More information about the Sponsoo Agents program can be found

Influencer Management

As third field of activity you will coordinate the influencer management of our clients. You will have an overview of all our client’s influencers and will be the main contact person for any inquieries. You will usually forward those internally to the team.

In addition to that, you will instruct our interns to collect influencer reports and to remind influencers to adhere to their contractual obligations.

Your profile:

Are you motivated and willing to develop in a fast growing environment? Are you able to quickly design high quality concepts in PowerPoint? Fantastic! If you possess the following competencies beyond that, you will be the perfect candidate for us:

Profound knowledge of sponsorships or in the creation of marketing concepts
Relevant work experience (e. g. in marketing, sports business, advertising agency or in consulting)
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Ideally a university degree in sports management, business administration, communication or media studies, or similar
Exceptional conceptual skills in combination with a decent portion of creativity
Good time and self management
Ability to work in a team
Interest in sports
Business fluent englisch
