Global Medical Affairs Manager (m|f|d) Your role * In this newly created role you provide medical expertise into the planning and execution of cutting-edge approaches in cellular therapies contributing to our vision of making cancer history. You develop medical plans and support a team of Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSL) in line with company strategies, procedures and specifications. You establish and maintain scientific relationships with HCPs, local teams and develop a strong understanding of territory specific healthcare systems and clinical practices related to patient care, disease management, treatment protocols and research interests. * You support the strategic development of regional and local medical activity plans by interacting with local teams. * In addition, you support the development and implementation of clinical trials and registries. Acting as deputy graduated plan officer you review safety relevant data in clinical trials and oversee safety reporting for investigational medicinal products. * You develop and maintain an effective network of key opinion leaders and key decision makers in hospitals as well as and academic collaborators worldwide and drive corresponding engagement plans (e. G. key scientific advisory boards) in order to establish an ongoing interaction between our internal R&D department and external stakeholders. You assure appropriate follow-up in order to enhance understanding of the company future products (e. G. by preparing and delivering presentations and scientific contributions upon request, visiting conferences and symposia etc. ). * You coordinate the development of medical materials for internal and external use. Together with your team of Clinical Project Managers and in close collaboration with our founder you develop and implement medical education programs across the scientific community on existing and emerging treatment options as well as unmet medical needs. You also provide the appropriate scientific and medical affairs training to ensure high educational value and act as a scientific resource e. G. for the local teams to support the Key Account teams when requested. Your profile * You hold a M. D. and/or PhD, or equivalent degree with 5+ years of work experience in the area of (Hemato) Oncology and you have gained relevant job experience in clinical research from the pharmaceutical, biomedical industry or clinic. * You bring along a good knowledge of hemato-oncology/immunology and the respective research field/scientific environment. * Experience in Medical Affairs & Medical Education is an asset. * You are a visionary leader with exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills and high credibility who excels in energizing people cross-functionally. You are precise in analyzing data and keen to convert them into applicable measures patients would benefit from. * You are fluent in English and love to travel internationally.
