Role: Legal Associate
Location: Frankfurt
An American “BigLaw” firm with a large international presence is looking for a new Associate to join their team in Frankfurt. The firm is known for its international culture and prioritises personal development amongst its employees. As a Legal Associate you will work with a wide range of clients and be mentored by leading partners.

As Legal Associate You Will:

• Advise internal and external functions on your area of expertise
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for relevant clients
• Manage certain client cases from start to finish
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external functions

As Legal Associate You Have:

• Law degree from German institution & 9 points on each State Exam (or 18 points total)
• Previous experience in legal function within a corporate law firm in Germany OR be a recent graduate of a leading German law program
• German and English business fluency, other languages highly advantageous
