we are international wholesaler of medical devices and consumable doing international business .it's a great chance to develop your skills in international business.

Was du machen wirst:

• assistance functions in the secretariat of the main department
• Perform general office and secretarial work, e.g. B.
• Conduct correspondence based on a template and keyword
• Processing and preparation of the inbox
• Manage Outlook mailbox
• Answering general telephone inquiries
• Coordinate the scheduling of the department
• Organize and coordinate meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up
• Controlling customer inquiries (in person and by phone) as a central point of contact
