Business Development Specialist - Oncology
A global medtech player is looking for a Business Development Specialist to cover North Germany - working with an innovative new product portfolio in the Oncology space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduction of new products to new and existing customers across Northern Germany region
- Carry out training and set-up protocols for new accounts and provide ongoing training and support
- Grow market size and sales revenue for the region, in accordance with sales targets and strategies
- Produce territory budgeting and forecasting reports
- Attend congresses, education meetings, training meetings and trade fairs
- Travel up to 50 - 60% within Northern Germany
Key Requirements:
- MUST live on territory in North Germany, and speak German fluently
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience within the medical device industry
- Experience in the Oncology, Urology or Radiology fields is preferred
- Strong commercial acumen
- Able to communicate and build relationships effectively, analysing customer need and being able to interpret and react to these appropriately
- Ability to work in a a close-knit, growing team in a new and disruptive space in the industry
- Experience in selling within the OR/Surgical environment
