ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision.
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Communicates and Collaborates with Stakeholders to address requests and issues involving training.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives. Develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
- Manage overall Training activities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in education
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Publisher and MS Project.
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in teaching or training
- Let passer is an advantage but not required
SKILLS:
- Teaching Skills
- Handles people
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Interpersonal and relational skills with the ability to quickly develop relationship of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities at all levels within an organization.
- Good Proficiency, communication and collaborations skills
