Senior Key Account Manager Diagnostics (EMEA) (m/f/d)

Position

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building strong relationships and driving business growth in the diagnostics sector, particularly in coagulation? We're on the lookout for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Aesch and lead our efforts across EMEA

. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key partnerships, and ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction across EMEA markets.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration, with a focus on coagulation diagnostics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes in the diagnostics industry, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EMEA region, leveraging your industry expertise and network to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to deliver exceptional value to our customers and drive overall business success

Qualification & Competences

  • University degree in biochemistry, chemical engineering, or biology
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the in-vitro diagnostics industry, with a strong background in coagulation diagnostics preferred

In-depth understanding of the EMEA diagnostics market, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team culture
