Your responsibilities

• To support the team as a working student (m/f/d) in healthcare aggregate spend disclosure process, working with financial data, complying with EMEA regulations for medical device industry and GDPR legislation
• To work on data maintenance, analysis and data visualization
• Creating management reports within a compliance software
• Management and risk assessment of health care professional engagements and transfer of values data, searching in databases and internal ERP and compliance software and Power BI
• To support the team in their day-to-day business, as well as performing invoice reconciliation and pre-validation
• Manage simple administrative tasks to support the team

Your qualification

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business administration, economics or one similar degree with IT/economic field component
• Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel and Power BI skills is natural for you
• You have very good knowledge of English; German is a plus
• You have very good communication skills
• The ability to work in a team is one of your strengths
