I'm currently partnered with a top 10 pharma company based in Europe. They have an extensive pipeline with products in phase II & III, as well as products already launched in Europe. They're looking for an innovative and experienced global market access and pricing manager to join their team.

JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop global payer strategies, which includes global price management, instigation of contracting approaches and launch sequencing.
• Create winning strategies for payer-customer interactions.
• Monitor market access strategies, pricing tactics and contracting approaches of the competitive environment.
• Develop P&R negotiation training tools/materials, and conduct training

REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of pricing and reimbursement systems in USA, Europe and Japan
• Long-term professional healthcare related experience - at least a few years in a strategic market access role (pricing and reimbursement), consulting or payer authorities (Senior role with experience of multiple years in market access with additionally proven global launch experience)
• Fluent English; German or other additional language would be a plus
• Willing to relocate
