This market leading and hugely successful digital tech firm works in the exponentially growing area of programmatic advertising. Having experienced incredible, international growth in a short space of time, they deliver strategic digital advertising campaigns for a number of reputable clients.

The Role

Working in the exponentially growing 'programmatic buying' space, this globally successful agency delivers highly optimised digital advertising campaigns for varied clients. Based in their growing Hamburg office, there'll also be some travel to their London HQ and other global offices. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing your own portfolio of German and English clients and their digital advertising spend
• Monitoring campaign, market data and liaising with analyst team, identifying key insight and investment opportunities
• Strategically allocating budgets; identifying how and where to invest advertising spend
• Trading media; bidding and buying online advertising space
• Trafficking; setting up advertising campaigns, ensuring they're technically sound
• Analysing and optimising campaigns; ensuring greatest ROI for the client
• Interacting with clients regularly, reporting back on campaign performance
• Manipulating data and producing regular reports, monthly summaries and presentations
• Striving to deliver highly customised campaigns, as well as retaining and growing client relationships
• Liaising and working collaboratively with European, US and analyst teams

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Confident decision maker
• Strong numerical analysis skills
• Technical aptitude, digitally savvy
• Excellent communication and presenting skills
• Highly driven and resilient
• Any experience of statistical analysis, modelling highly desirable
